Family, one of the things that amazes and befuddles me, including today in our discussions about Pan-Kmtywism, is when I post information of a historical nature and people express frustration and ask me "What should we do?"  Besides the fact that I don't think that Facebook is the appropriate place to discuss everything it is my belief that we must implement the basics.  And I say this again and again and again.  Black men should marry Black women, Black people should spend money with other Black people, support our scholars and activists and artists, educate our children, develop healthy lifestyles and GET ORGANIZED!  We are not talking about unlocking the mysteries of the universe sisters and brothers.  We are talking about the same things that other people do. The issue is not what we should do.  It is the doing of it.  That is the tough part.  I think that Black people are brilliant and that we can do anything that we choose to do.  Now let's roll up our sleeves and get to work!  Or, as Garvey said, "Up! You mighty race.  You can accomplish what you will!"
