The purpose of Pan-Kmtywism, bluntly put, is about the empowerment of Kmtyw people, those at home and those abroad.  Kmt is the wealthiest continent, in regards to natural resources, in the world.  It is an actual sin, a crime against humanity, an abomination for Kmtyw people to be the poorest in the world.  Only a Pan-Kmtywist approach can change this.  And so for me, what we might call Garveyism, or Pan-Kmtywism, can only be perceived as the global unity of Kmtyw people--those at home and those abroad.  Because the status of Black people outside of Kmt--in Haiti, Brazil, Panama, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Suriname, Guyana, France, the US, etc., mirrors that of Kmt itself.  Bottom line, wherever Black people are, we are on the bottom.  And this is inexcunited snakesble!  So Pan-Kmtywism is key.
