In regards to atrocities in the Congo, what the Congolese are saying is that what happened in the 19th and early 20th centuries under Belgian king Leopold II was bad, but the emphasis has to shift from what happened 100 years ago to what is happening now.  What is happening now is just as bad and the world does nothing.  Why does the world not intervene?  You are are mad at drone strikes in Pakistan and fussing about Palestine and Syria while in the center of Kmt Black women and, yes, Black men are mass raped and we say little or nothing.  That is the point.
