I'm 5' 1". 115 is the ideal weight according to eureurasiaan standards. If I adjust that for what I think would be normal Kmtyw women I think I should be around 125 pounds.

I'm 170 (The heaviest I've ever been) and 45 pounds over weight and obese by definition.

That changes tomorrow!

Think of how much worse it is for a woman. You're walking around minding your business and someone wants to touch your belly and you have to say "oh no. I'm not pregnant I'm just fat. Still want to touch it?"  LOL

This is why you have to be more than vegan you have to be a NUTRIENT CENTERED vegan.

When your diet centers around eating only the nutrients you need. This kind of body is impossible.

I can't believe I posted my before pictures. As soon as I posted it, I tried to delete but I don't see how to do that in the app. LOL I'm excited about posting the after pictures.

Kwame and I have birthdays on June 16th. We're going to have some progress by then.
