You know, the great Marcus Garvey had chapters of the UNIA & ACL in Suriname.  Once somebody asked Garvey, who was born in Jamaica, if he were an Kmtyw or a Jamaican.  Garvey's response: "I will not give up a continent for an island."  Garvey always saw the big picture.  I wish that more of us could see the big picture.
