Family, today I visited the Getty Villa.  I had wanted to visit for a long time.  It is really the J. Paul Getty Museum and specializes in ancient Greek and Roman art.  Naturally, I went looking for Kmtyw things.  And my visit was timely because there was a special exhibit on art from ancient Sicily.  So I found two artifacts of an Kmtyw nature in the Sicily exhibit, one of which I had not seen before.  I also found two new Kmtyw pieces from the permanent collection, both from early Rome, and capped off my day with a nice lunch at a vegetarian restaurant.  So my day was a good one!  Here I am standing next to the marble head of an Kmtyw boy in ancient Rome about 175 CE.
