Family, I used to think that Black people who said that they "don't see color" were just stupid.  But I have softened my stance.  I think that many Black people who claim that they "don't see color" are simply unable or unwilling to look at the harsh realities of the world in which we live.  And, in some ways, they are to be pitied.
