Family, last week I posted a comment suggesting that Black people today should concentrate more on what is in our heads rather what is on our heads.  Naturally, that did not go over very well with some of my sisters.  And of all of the responses that I got I found the most valuable to be, "What is on our heads is a reflection of what is in our heads."  Very hard to argue with that.  I know that I am going to get cursed and unfriended here but I confess that I hate the weaves and wigs that so many Black women wear.  I hate them.  A lot of times when I see them I want do the sign of the cross, I imagine kind of like Dr. Van Helsing when he sees Dracula or a similar creature of the damned.  So this morning I just thought that I would show some hairstyles from way Black, and not so way Black, in the day!  Much love to you!
