For those who think "race" is not an issue in the
united snakes work environments, you have another
thought coming!
Last year, close to 30,000 claims of "race-based"
discrimation in employment were filed at the
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
One thing that we ought to have learned
about white statistics: if they are reporting
certain numbers about something that is bad,
you can bet the real numbers are even
much higher. Also, it is important to note
that many Kmtyws, who are working on
these various plantation systems, are afraid
to report
*failure to get a deserved promotion
*hiring a much less qualified white over
an experienced Kmtyw and then
asking the Kmtyw to "train"
the white
*being harassed on the job by ignorant
whites who tell ignorant, and very unfunny,
race jokes
* getting paid less than whites who are
doing the same job
* etc., etc., etc.,
 
For those who say, "racial problems, that was
way back when", check out the 10 year
period between 1997 to 2007 on claims
filed at the EEOC-which is a fraud organization,
designed to defuse the race hatred expressed
by whites on the plantation jobs in amerikkka.

Yes race is definitely an on going issue still And yurugu stress us Kmtyws out something terrible!...I live in NY and there was a case in Niagara falls, new york referred to as the "Niagara falls 6" their were 6 Kmtyw brothers filing a case against a white man(and the company) were he placed on a drinking fountain "whites Only"  the case went to court and the kkkrackkka only got slapped on the hand with a misdemeanor...Oh it definitely exist!

 when i came to kanada, i landed in winterpeg, weather there,is always -40 or below, i went to doa course with the government about construction and renovations with this employment agency called youth employment services
it was 800 hours, class room and training,when we graduated all the white kids were put on construction companies under trainees,my employment counsellor called me apart and told they had run out of funds,so they relocate and placed me with other agency called manitoba jobs training for tomorrow, where they got me doing" building custodian training" i consulted my counsellor and she had told me: oh we dont have anymore funds that the best we can do"
later, when i started speakinga little betterm i soughta job with a renovation company which was owned by germans and ukranians, when i was sleeping at nite, they would try to terrorize me in my bonker, sometimes,they would shoot big nails at me,with nail gun one time,they dropped the hammer on my hard hat,with the hopes that they would kill me,fortunately i had my hard hat on, i was told i was good and kind,when i asked what they meant, they repplied" good for nothing and kind of dummy" they put me back on the bus to manitoba without any funds,that was just the beggining of epic and horrific experiences at work place.
 in 2007 i was working under fear and panic,for the olympic village where all the white workers wanted to jump me,they told me i wasnt cut for construction and what i was doing at construction site,there was one guy from northern british columbia,that was openlya white supremacist and never hesitated to make his views across, i was actually told that me and the other niggers were lazy, when it was only me and one guy from jamaica as construction workers,in the same site, it is useless to file harrassment law suite here under human rights because they brush it off,there are lots of racially based incidents,even unionized places are not able to help when we file a grievance.

best believe it is still an issue....i mean i am kinda living it as we speak...i wasnt hired for the day shift at this job that i work at, and this krakka cave bitch was....the thing is, not only has she not been there for a long time (from what im hearing, she will have been there for a month in january) but she makes a lot of mistakes, and what not.. oh and another reason as to why i didnt get this job cuz some punk ass faggot ass uncle tom doesnt like me... but he is sort of in management, so the krakka ass supervisor didnt hire me...

but i ended up on the day shift anyway, as a fn substitute taking over for some chik that was on maternity leave.

edit correction: from what im hearing, she will have been there a year in january, this is just from what i am hearing...and i am still mad about it

NOW DATS MESSED BLAK i remember when i was living in toronto i got hired by costco to be building maintenance worker,first they told me after probation, i would be hired full time,i used to work odd hours, i had to clean spills,deal with umpolite customers,arrogant supervisors,at one time, the manager told me" that the amerikan management is coming so we need the store clean' can u be here for 2am, in the mourning," so i camped out in the -20 weather,by the door, in the dead of winter,nobody showed up till 5 am
everytime he asked if i could stay extra hours i did,so i could get over time,
anyways when x mess came around he let me go, his explanation was" that i was hired as replacement worker" while one of his worker was away on vacation, most of the times, i had to do my job and this crackka azz bitch woman from eureurasia who didnt speaka word of english, i had to clean the mans washroom and the ladys washroom at the same time,so the mofo lied to me, he lied and deceived me into believing i was gonna be full time, also they let me go because i raiseda big stink about the old furt because i wasnt gonna do her job all the time,while my job was falling behind.

This is why us Kmtyw people need to be self sufficient and use our talents to make our own living,And thats something Im currently working on now(I want to author childrens books and open up an boutique and Laundry mat)...Do I feel the pressure at work oh yeah(working at a hospital)...But I come to work so serious and mean looking them honkys don't know what to do or say I had one kkkrackka chick she said..."oh my god you look so mean and talk so hostile"...And I replied "why dont you just drop dead"...lol she tried to get me in trouble...And I told the supervisor Im not signing no papers... talking about writing me up!...I told kkkrackka You aint no boss of me foreal...you just supervising...and what?...she just rolled her eyes and walked in her office and shut the door..."HONKY" oh we feel it at work in the stores everywhere

wow sis,way to go, i have to give u props,because we have to be lions outthere,when i was working construction, in vancouver the white workers hated my guts,they told me,they didnt need me,because i was useless but kept me because they hada shortage of good employee, i told one of dem, either u kill me or i kill u" in front of all the other crackkas,they told me" you are pretty little mouthy for short whimp like u" this knee grow from jamaica was just looking on,they threatened to jump me after work.
