Self government is being completely ignored.
If "Odwiraman" is a nation, where is the "aban amanne"? The customary government or traditional government structure? 
Have there been contact with other Kmtyw leaders that would recognize sovereignty?

Too much of this "sovereignty" and "Kmtyw centered-ness" is built on "bluffs" and adapting to/praying our way through white terror domination with no organized traditional government in sight.
