Given the above article stating that we have a position were land is not the exclusive property of the individual geared soley toward producing a product for financial gain, then what is the form of economy we should have? How should we divide labor? It's unarguable that land is the basis of human life. Therefore how we relate to land will shape how we relate to any other area of human activity.

You can economize land without owning it the same way you can economize a commercial facility with a lease. The way to incentive max productivity is through a favorable lease. Land has always produced a financial gain in Kmt especially when you examine the economic activity of some of our largest empires. We had what was equivalent to multimillionaires in Precolonial Asante, moreover, a wealthy Wangara Woman either provided the seed money or financed the construction of the University of Sankore in Mali.

In regards to the division of labor it should be based on skill set, in regards to the payment of labor it should be through a profit sharing model. For example, you own a cocoa farm and have hire me as a laborer to assist with the farming. When harvest time comes around we divide the profits 50/50.

We should study and modify our profit sharing model because they were great at encouraging max productivity especially with farming knowing that profits were to be distributed fairly.

I like this concept you presented. So that means people should live in nomes organized around each skillset & the land / facilities they work are nearby to that particular nome correct?

People should be free to choose how to organize. To be an Kmtyw is synonymous with freedom and good citizenship. In Ghana, it's impressive to see groups with cordial relationships, relationships that go back centuries often because one group gave another group some land to settle, or provided security in times of distress and they maintained peace and a bond. This is a demonstration of us at our best, and in these times if we want progress we have no choice but to love, respect, and work together.
