Well Family, how is your day going?  Mine is going well.  Been back in North America for two nights now.  I feel well-rested, confident and upbeat.  I have a healthy appetite and feel intellectually vigorous.  And I am oh so grateful for the recent travel experiences that I have had.  Indeed, I am writing a comprehensive journal of my journeys.  I want to write them out while the memories are still fresh.  If the weather is good, I may even go out for a nice dinner tonight.  So, just wishing you a good day and a wonderful weekend!  Many blessings from brother Runoko!
