Development Economics as propagated through Development Studies and Eureurasian Economics is an Integrationist/Assimilationist Economics which seeks to continue the sub-integration of Neocolonial, Culturally Imperialized Black Kmt (which is inclusive of Eureurasian occupied Southern and Northern Kmt) and Global Kmtyw outposts into the Eureurasian controlled World System of International Political Economy.

Reconstruction Economics proposes the mandatory Delinking of Black Kmt and all Global Kmtyw outposts from the current World System of International Political Economy and the reconstruction of Black Kmtyw Domestic economies along customary Black Kmtyw lines of economic self-sufficiency. It presupposes a Black Kmtyw based and controlled universal equivalent for price determination of goods and services and thus a relinquishing of the slavish subservience of Black Kmtyw Domestic Economics to the Dollar, Euro, Yen etc as universal equivalents in the determination of the value of Black Kmtyw currencies and other commodities. Reconstruction Economics is an agriculturally based system of Economics with remediational and preventitive economic strategies to alleviate the symptoms and comprehensively solve the causes of current Black Kmtyw economic maladies. As agriculturally based and Founded on Small landholders or Peasants farmers it is rural based and a natural alleviate of hyper-urbanization, city over-crowding, slum development and mass economic migration to the current power centers of the global Economy.

"When a person places the proper value on freedom, there is nothing under the sun that he will not do to acquire that freedom. Whenever you hear a man saying he wants freedom, but in the next breath he is going to tell you what he won't do to get it, or what he doesn't believe in doing in order to get it, he doesn't believe in freedom. A man who believes in freedom will do anything under the sun to acquire . . . or preserve his freedom." [Mhenga Malcolm X]
