Family, many times when I post information about the Global Kmtyw Experience a well intended sister or brother says, with emotions ranging from dismay and indignation to outright anger, "they didn't tell us this" or "they kept it from us!" But is it really the responsibility of other people to tell us our story? Exactly who should we be angry with for us not knowing much about who we are, where we are and what we have done? Uncovering our past from our perspective is our responsibility. Indeed, it is not just our responsibility but our obligation and duty. It is up to us to uncover our past. And history will not be kind to us if we fail to do so.
