Although I can't track down the research on it, IT MUST TAKE 16 years-compulsory mis-education-and compulsory mis-conception-and deception-to CRIPPLE AND CRUSH the Spirit of the Kmtyw boy and girl. wHITE female teachers use three very clever techniques, among others, to cripple, neutralize, or crush Kmtyw children: Teacher expectations/Pygmalion effect/wait time Wait time- is used by the white female teacher when she intentionally does not give an Kmtyw child ample time to answer a question she has asked-this insidious technique is used effectively to attack the Kmtyw child's self esteem-by making him/her feel bad for not answering the question in time. This also diminishes the Kmtyw child's relationship/status with peers because now his/her "friends" see the child as "dumb". Just about all white female teachers have low academic expectations of Black children and work hard to make sure the children don't do well academically. To check some research on this topic, see the research of robert rosenthal- An academically crippled or crushed Kmtyw child will never want to read anything relevant (this is the reason s/he is crushed) and will lose the ability to problem solve and be creative. Apparently the schools have been very successful in carrying out their plan- most negroes don't and won't read anything relevant- most negroes can't handle the truth- to the glee of the white dominators!! Other techniques cleverly employed to cripple or crush the Spirit of Kmtyw children are: "intelligence tests", mis-diagnosis and intentional false labeling and classification of Kmtyw children as "special education"- "special education" is a code word for "get ready to go to prison". These false classifications are used as "evidence" to then prescribe ritalin and other psychotropic drugs- which prepare Kmtyw children to become drug addicts. Never, ever, let the school give your child a psychological test or any type of drug.
