Greetings,
I want to begin with primordial mud, the forgotten Orisha, "Nana". Praise Nana! Ase! Mud can become a cultural commodity for us. From mud we can protect our skins from the mosquito bite as we work in the fields growing food, harvesting food, clearing trees, cutting down trees, or in the deep woods hunting. Mosquito doesn't bite through mud. I find most people don't want to farm because its hardwork plus the mosquitoes that seem to thrive around plants, along with other insects. There are many mud paints for those not liking the idea. Yes, you can use food coloring, which comes in various colors, mix it with mud in water after you strain the dirt. First after collecting good dirt, you strain it for rocks, bugs, and other unwanted materials. This will create a fine dirt which you can mix with the water and then add coloring in a separate container so you can create different colors from the same batch. Mud paint would be used at the school for children to paint geometrical shapes, different arts, glyphs, ideograms, nature, etc. Also the mud can be applied to the skin for mosquito repellent. Mud can be used to make bricks for building structures, also to paint the structures using mud paint. Mud can be mixed with cow manure for a super hard natural cement. Working with mud is basic civilizations, more like primitive, but inserting present day fixtures, modern conveniences, we can come out with an ancient/futuristic type of culture, which would be very Aquarian. Agri-"Culture" would provide a great way to feed a huge work force that would build and maintain villages based upon natural building concepts, self reliant economy, trade and commerce with outside groups, a world network, inter-connectivity via supercomputer, a world community that would continue to grow into the future. Ase.
Greetings @KingSango
